-Gill“Izzy is the only person I would let walk my dog Kiki, she's respectful of my wants for my puppy and was so patient with her when she was nervous for her first few walks, she got Kiki to trust her and is now definitely a loved member of the pack in my puppy's eyes, if we go away on holiday Kiki is so excited to get back to walks with Izzy ! She always sends photos when she's tending to her making me feel so comfortable and getting a lovely update during my work day is always a nice surprise, she shows genuine care for Kikis health when we had a scare in the middle of the night resulting in her missing her walk, even checking on her later in the day. Professional but also kind and caring , not judgmental I feel safe and happy to have her in my home even though I'm in the middle of renovations and life's a mess. Would recommend 110% I'm a nervous dog mum who was petrified of handing over the care of my most precious girl to anyone but now I leave knowing she's better off with Izzy around.
